How Quickly Will Your Order Ship?
Orders with standard shipping typically ship on the next business day after they are submitted. For example, if you order on Tuesday, your order will likely be shipped on Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship on Monday. Orders with expedited shipping selected (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) have a cutoff time of 9am PST (noon EST) for same day shipping. Example: if you order at 8:45AM PST and select 2nd Day or Next Day Air as your shipping method, your order will ship on the same day (M-F only). Orders submitted after the cutoff time will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping via UPS SurePost® – UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This is our default shipping option we offer for a $5.99 flat fee for orders less than $55, or FREE if your order is $55 or more. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. The time in transit for this service is typically 5-7 business days. UPS SurePost packages can be delivered to all residential street addresses, as well as Post Office boxes and has limited tracking ability while in transit. Alternatively, and at our discretion we may opt to ship via USPS Priority Mail instead to certain addresses.
- UPS Ground® – Guaranteed, date-scheduled, cost-effective delivery for commercial and residential shipments. Reliable time in transit and the same tracking capability as UPS air services. Price is calculated in shopping cart based on weight and destination. Typical time in transit is 3-5 business days depending on destination.
- UPS 2nd Day Air® – For time sensitive order, UPS Second Day Air guarantees delivery before end of 2nd business day after shipping (Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time). Cutoff time is 9am PST for same day shipping. Orders received after 9am PST will ship on the next business day. Full tracking provided. No USPS PO Box delivery addresses.
- UPS Next Day Air® – For urgent orders. UPS Next Day Air will be delivered on the next business day after shipping. Cutoff time is 9am PST for same day shipping. Orders received after 9am PST will ship on the next business day. Full tracking provided. No USPS PO Box delivery addresses.

Your privacy is our #1 priority! Every order ships in a plain box or padded envelope with absolutely no indication of the contents. The only way anyone will know you are receiving adult products is if the package is opened. In addition, the return address on the shipping label will simply say “Shipping Dept.”.
