What happens if my card comes back declined?
When a card comes back declined the bank automatically places the money on hold. You will not be able to access those funds! There is nothing we can do to speed up the process and release the hold. Please do not keep trying to charge your card, each time you try to charge your card and it is declined, that money is placed on a temporary hold! If you try to process a $20.00 order 5 times, your account will show a negative 100.00 balance. HOWEVER, THE MONEY WILL BE RELEASED BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do about this.
